01

Request & confirmation

Sending a cleaning request will not create a confirmed booking or take payment. CleanSetGo will first review the scope, check a suitable cleaner’s availability and propose the cleaner, timing, included work and final price. The customer must approve those confirmed details before the clean is booked and any payment is requested. The final terms must define exactly when the service contract is formed.

02

Customer terms

The final terms will explain what each clean includes, the request and cleaner-matching process, customer approval, payment timing, customer responsibilities, access, changes, service issues and liability. They must be reviewed against CleanSetGo’s confirmed operating model before launch.

03

UK coverage & cleaner matching

CleanSetGo is presented as a nationwide UK service. A postcode or service address will be used to look for the nearest suitable cleaner, but a request made at any time is not a guarantee that a cleaner or preferred slot is available. The cleaner, scope, timing and final price will be confirmed with the customer before approval or payment.

04

Cancellation & rescheduling

A customer will be able to withdraw or change a request before approving the confirmed cleaner, timing, scope and final price. The rules that apply after approval—including notice periods, reasonable fees, cooling-off wording and any request to begin service inside the statutory cancellation period—require UK legal review before bookings open.

05

Privacy notice

CleanSetGo will only collect information needed to review a request, match a cleaner, confirm the details, deliver and support a clean. Access notes and cleaner documents will be restricted. No card details will be requested with the initial cleaning request; after customer approval, any later payment details will be handled through a hosted payment provider. Marketing consent will remain separate from service updates.

06

Cookie notice

Strictly necessary technologies may support booking and sign-in. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies will remain off until the visitor makes a clear consent choice. This preview does not set advertising cookies.

07

Accessibility statement

The service is being designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA, including keyboard access, visible focus, labelled forms, readable contrast, clear errors, large touch targets and reduced-motion support. An audited statement and contact route will be published before launch.

08

Complaints & service issues

Customers will be able to attach lateness, quality, damage, payment and general support requests to a confirmed visit. The final procedure will set response times, escalation, evidence handling and available remedies.
